Thiago is highly energetic and motivated fitness professional with a background in Physical Education, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Spinning class and long distance bike ride. His desire to learn more about exercise, lifestyle and make a great difference in people life brought him to Australia.

He started his career in Sao Paulo, Brazil one of the busiest cities in the world where the level of stress creates an unhealthy lifestyle, assisting and training people with different needs from rehabilitation to weight training and fitness. Driven by a passion to serve and to see people improve, and backed by his courageous “Never Give Up!” attitude, he has what it takes to help to get you to where you want to be.

Thiago has a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education and Post Graduation in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Special conditions: Diabetes and Obesity, A Certificate III and IV in Fitness & Personal Training and Mat Pilates Certificate
