Improve and maintain my upper and lower limbs strength and balance
Do you train alone or with a partner?
Myself and my late husband, Milton started training with Thiago as my doctor recommended exercise as a necessity to improve our health and wellbeing.
Milton had Parkinson’s disease and I needed to improve my upper and lower body strength. Thiago took the time to understand our needs and designed bespoke programs to suit our different goals.
How has Thiago helped you achieve your goals?
In 2017, I was diagnosed with advanced Bowel cancer. I underwent major surgery and chemotherapy. However, I still continued to train. During treatment, Thiago was able to provided me with a specific exercise program that assisted both my physical and mental health.
And how are you feeling now?
One year later (2018), I am now cancer free patient. I am a strong and determined 82-year-old woman. I am certain that the exercise program designed by Thiago helped me get through my cancer treatment.
My routine of regular exercise helped alleviate the debilitating physical, cognitive and emotional effects associated with cancer.
