It is one of the most effective forms of exercise to change body shape and create tone because it targets all of the muscles in the body.

-Pilates also helps to correct posture through strengthening the postural muscles and correcting any muscle imbalances. Pilates teaches and emphasises correct posture which must be maintained throughout every exercise performed.

-We look at muscle imbalances from a whole body perspective. To put it simply, we aim to strengthen any muscles which may be weak, and stretch any muscles which may be tight.

I felt reasonably fit and healthy but with very little strength. Now I am feeling great after the session, feeling stronger. My least favourite thing is getting up early! In saying that, I prefer to train first thing in the morning. I am getting the support I was expecting.
