Lucia is a highly motivated, professional trainer who combines practical experience with scientific knowledge to give people results that last. She has an extensive background in personal training, having assisted older clients with injury rehabilitation, overall fitness training and weight loss objectives when she worked as a trainer at a busy Les Mills gymnasium in Auckland, New Zealand from 2003-2006. A desire to discover Australia led Lucia to open her own studio Fit n Fine in Ashmore on the Gold Coast in March 2006. Since then, she has helped a variety of clients meet personal fitness objectives and encouraged them on a quest for personal achievement. In October 2010 Lucia has opened her new Studio in Main Beach called Fitness World. Lucia’s fitness interests are varied and wide, spanning from kick- boxing to rehabilitation and fitness.

He started his career in Sao Paulo, Brazil one of the busiest cities in the world where the level of stress creates an unhealthy lifestyle, assisting and training people with different needs from rehabilitation to weight training and fitness. Driven by a passion to serve and to see people improve, and backed by his courageous “Never Give Up!” attitude, he has what it takes to help to get you to where you want to be.

Jason is a highly positive and multi skilled personal trainer with a sporting background in track and field, rugby, soccer, kickboxing, beach body competitions and American football.
He has experience in recovery and nutrition.
He started working in the fitness industry in 2014 during his studies. In 2015 he attained his qualifications and moved to Paris to work as a personal trainer. Whilst in France he also worked as a physiotherapist assistant for injury rehabilitation.
In his short 3 years in the fitness industry he has picked up many practical skills to improve his ability to help people achieve their fitness goals.
