We have been training at Fitness World for 10 years.
What are your fitness goals?
For me Colin: lose weight (10kg), rehabilitate strength and functionality on the arms, stay fit and strong and quality of life.
For Lila: Rehabilitate Left shoulder, strengthen core and improve fitness levels.
Do you train alone or with a partner?
We do one on one training; Fitness World schedule our session at the same time to accommodate our routine but each one has your own trainer , I train most of the times with Thiago and Lila with Priscila.
How has Thiago and Priscila helped you achieve your goals?
One of the things we most appreciate is how they continually monitor our progress and adjust our programs to meet our needs and improve our routine.
And how are you feeling now?
Colin: “Extremely satisfied, they helped me to lose over 18 kg in the past 8 months and are coaching my eating habits to maintain my new body”.
Lila: “I feel very strong and healthy at the age of 70”.
